I participated in original beta testing for MSFS 2024. The career was only available. I purchased the game after that. I was playing challenge league only, no career yet. I had my completed challenges present even if I reinstalled the game. Xbox cloud saved, I think. I proceded to install sim update beta 4. I noticed that the challenges completed all are gone, it shows 0, like I have never done it but it shows progress in career that I have not played yet. What is going on? That looks like a big bug. Any solutions? Do I need to repair, or MS can fix it? They should have the correct one in Xbox cloud.

This is expected and happens when you join the Beta.
When you leave, all will be returned.

That is correct, if you leave the beta.
Most betas start immediately after the previous beta ends with automatic enrollment, so you may need to leave the beta to get it back.
