My content manager keeps spinning and not loading anything

I’m not exactly sure when this started happening, but I don’t recall this happened before. I was able to access my Content Manager and it would not take this long for it to load up. But after the 1.9.5.0 patch, whenever I go to the content manager, it just sits trying to load for more than 15 minutes now with the circle spinning, I have tried restarting the sim and that doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Any idea on how to fix this issue?

Do you have any aircraft mods

Yes I have livery megapack and a few other addons but they are in my Community folder.

Move them out of that folder, then try again

every mod or only aircraft mods ?

Mostly liveries, orbx stuff, and scenery/landmark addons too… problem is I cannot simply and temporarily move the files out of my community folder without Windows 10 giving me this nonsense:

Where is “here”?

FWIW, only the C152X folder in my community was causing the problem for me. I removed it and then restarted MSFS and no problem accessing content manager. I have about 40 scenery and landmark files, and a couple airplanes, but no livery add-ons.

Read through this post. Couple of fixes in there. I had the same problem and the second fix took care of my issue…

I had the same problem and figured that it must be an offending addon in my community folder – I first added all the liveries and tested – and then the scenery and tested - and then the ‘mods’ - One or two at a time. –
It turned out that if you have a folder or folders “Uwa light mod …” for the TBM, king air, bonanza and CJ4" - when I removed those folders from the community folder it started working again.

here is basically anywhere. Desktop, D: drive, E: Drive, no matter where I try to move or copy the files out of my Community folder, I always get that pop up.

The liveries mega pack released a patch a couple hours ago on Discord that apparently fixed an issue in their mods that was causing this.

i could fix this problem by removing my photoshop .psd files that i kept in the textures folder of my own liveries. after rebuilding the layout.json without the psd entries the content manager shows up as it should
