My DSD Button Box is no longer recognized since Japan Update

Since the Japan update my DSD Button Box is no longer recognized. I participated in the Beta and with all the previous versions I could set controls for switches, buttons, and knobs. Now it is not recognized as a controller in the game.

  • Windows recognizes the device and passes tests.

  • Tried unplugging and re-plugging in the USB connector.

Nothing works. It does not show up in “Options” / “Controls” / Controls bar.

I would like an answer from Microsoft / Asobo as well because I am about to order 5 of these. I was going to order the 64 version but was told that FS2020 will NOT recognize that one at all… WTF???

ps: Timinator2035, did you submit a ticket about this issue?? If so, did they reply to it and if so can you share that info??
