To further improve. Try to learn to setup the plane for descent using the Autopilot for example. (I see it is not engaged in the screenshot and it seems off track ).
A320 SimPilot has great YouTubes and FBW have a great beginner manual for operating the A320 in all phases. It is useful even if you don’t use the A32NX yet.
