ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Constantly crashing / will not complete updates via My Library

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Start Sim and goto My Library
  2. Download relevant updates listed in My Library
  3. Goto “Ready To Install” and click Install
  4. Watch the white circle goto probably 99% full and it sits there
  5. Happens constantly with Oceana & Antarctica and several others
  6. No way to escape so have to CTRL + ALT + Delete and kill the process and start again
  7. Happens every time

[PC Only] Dev Mode Active
[PC Only] Zotac RTX 5090

[PC Only] Windows 11 Pro, AMD Ryzen 9950X3D, 96 GB DDR5, Installed on 4TB NVME (PCIe 5.0)

Yo man, I’m getting the same I have posted it on the CDT forum.

I have been installing them one at a time. So far I have found the crash happens when installing:

  • Stranger Things module

It has also crashed on the base content but upon restart it seemed to have been installed.

Try installing one module at a time.

For the base module install each section one at a time if you can.
