Thank you for your help. I spent a lot of time trying to find other reports on this bug before posting, but I did not find any, every time I receive a long list of search results, and it takes too long time looking through them. However, I am sure it was reported or mentioned many times and even repaired in one of the updates, but it came back (but I am not sure for 100% that it was repaired). As for User support… well, how can User support help me with this kind of a bug? This looks like an application error. Any way, I do not have now days enough time to report bugs many times in different place. I just want someone in Asobo to see this. There are a lot of other bugs waiting:))) Sorry for any inconvenience, but fighting with mouse simply kills me - I face this bug too often, sometimes up to 50 times per flight. I really hope to find some help on this issue. It happens only in MSFS2020 for me.

Maybe try removing the mouse driver software in Windows Device Manager, power off the PC, then try plugging in a different mouse once the PC is up and running again

I do not use any special mouse software, I used different mice via different places. As soon I release right mouse button the pointer jumps. As after releasing the right button I usually quickly press the left one, to manipulate a control, often the game quits, because the pointer jumps in an eye blink to “Alt-f4”:)))

OK, did you check to see if the right button is mapped to any function in the Sim?

Just a guess here: Is Snap To enabled?
To check, go to Control Panel > Mouse & click on the Pointer Options tab

No, Snap is not enebled

Only this

OK, then I’d suggest that you next try looking at your custom configuration files within this folder:

<Your-OS-Drive (e.g. C:):\Users<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs\A-Long-Alphanumeric-Number-Here

There will be a number of folders, also with long alphanumeric numbers. Within each will be a container.somenumber file and a long alphanumeric number file. Open the latter in a text editor such as notepad. The default configuration files are binary, but your modified configuration files should be in XML. Unfortunately, you can’t tell from the filename which is which (at least I can’t), so you’ll need to open each file to find your mouse configuration file. Once you find it, see if any right button function is mapped to a function that you don’t expect to see.

I am unable to find this folder, I am on Steam

This is the Steam location:
Steam:(x is the location where your Steam folder is installed)
x:\Steam\userdata[your Steam ID]\1250410`

Does this occur when you use the sim in Full Screen Mode?

No, Full Screen Mode is OK.

This folder is empty. But I have something here " [Mouse.xml](file:///C:/Steam/steamapps/common/MicrosoftFlightSimulator/Input/Mouse.xml)"

I believe that is your issue.

The pointer is detecting “off-screen” and subsequently opens the window option.
I’ve been told that’s a “normal” (but annoying) behavior of windows while using a game.
It doesn’t just happen with sims/games, if you do the same with MS Excel, it will exhibit the same behavior.

Unfortunately, the only way around it is to move your mouse slower, make shorter mouse movements, or use full screen!

Well, it look like you are correct. Thanks God, this happens only in MSFS currently.
