I accept that, but I can tell you,I helped a lot of people via Teamviewer, because
very often it is important to see,what and how the other one is things doing.

I feel your painā¦I also cannot get anywhere with forums, and the XBOX/ MS/ Zendesk support trifecta. My error message is ācannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have permissionā¦ā BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. For the life of me I cannot get the game to launch and like you I have tried everything. Short of going to X-Plane platform I fear that I may never be able to play MSFS ever again.

Buy the Steam version and be done with it. Thatās what I did 2 years ago and never had a problem since.
