From the picture, it looks like you have the autopilot turned off?
Similarly, it might also be on a different part of the flightplan, normally the section you are using appears as a purple line (though not always!)
If you look below the VFR map, the heading is set to 240 (the white arrow above 240 !) so it is on course, just not the course you expected. It is easier to see on the right MFD for the right seat. There you can easily make out the white arrow ▼ pointing at 24 on the compass.
