Myanmar Scenery Addons?

I like to explore exotic places and set an eye on Myanmar. Looking for scenery addons, I only found a couple of airports and a couple of pagodas but nothing more at flightsim.to. Moreover, the pagodas packages contain strange SDK (or whatever they are) contents which I don’t know how to install (and I couldn’t find any clear explanation either.)

Does anyone know how to install these packages (like this one)? Does anyone know more scenery? Are there any pawyware addons? Are there any Bush Flights / VFR Flight Plans for exploring the country?

Only thing I can think of other than the few airports and POI’s on FS.to is the Orbx Himalaya and Asia mesh, which does include Myanmar.

As for that weird installation no idea. Doesn’t the readme text explain the steps?
