Mystery Files Saved With .FLT Files - What Are They and Can They Be Reused?

With the camera applet open and my flight in Pause On mode, I moved the drone camera at some distance from my aircraft and zoomed in to 92% zoom (high telephoto). Not thinking too much, I did the standard thing when I want to save my flight GPS position, heading, altitude, etc. I hit the Esc key and using the Load/Save button, saved an .FLT file. I noticed that there were also two additional files saved with the .FLT file, an .FSAVE file and an .SPB file. Got my hopes up that when I reloaded my .FLT file that my drone camera position and zoom level would be miraculously restored, giving me the same view that I had before I hit the Esc key. Alas! Such was not to be.

But what are the .FSAVE and .SPB files, why were they generated in saving an .FLT file from the drone camera view and are they of any use (a test for the folks who think that they really know their stuff!). TIA
