Name(s) - Key(s) to Tutoral/Flight Lesson *.FLT Files

I would like to change the default aircraft used for the various Flight Lessons. To do so I would like to have the various *.flt file names and corresponding lesson to do so. The various flt file names are not very intuitive. For example, the file 04_Arrival.FLT does not obviously relate to any Flight Lesson in the sim.

So, if anyone has the *.flt file names for the flight lessons and the corresponding lessons to which they apply, I (as others) would appreciate it.
