Navigation points adding in wrong order

While attempting to create a flight plan on the world map, there is no way to edit the individual waypoints/navigation points/fixes/etc.
For example, I am trying to set up an IFR (low-altitude airways) plan to fly the ILS Y or LOC Y RWY 16R into KPAE. If I set it to depart direct from KSEA and add the fixes for the approach (CVV–>EYWOK–>ITIPE–>PAE), MSFS puts them in some illogical and incorrect order for that approach. From the World Map screen or the Navlog screen, I am unable to delete the individual waypoints or re-order them to the proper sequence. They should be added in the order they are placed.
Being able to move the waypoints around and delete them seems like a functionality issue, but the way MSFS handles the order of adding waypoints/fixes/etc seems a bit buggy.
