I just replicated your flight in Simbrief… both SID (SCOTT3) and STAR (SIMZ2C) are correctly planned.
You can also find these procedures among the Navigraph charts.
The individual approach are not necessarily planned IRL. Those you have to plan yourself or more likely you just get ATC vectors e.g. for RWY34.
I am presuming, as I am not familiar with this airport either, that you would get vectors from ATC from MEEDA to UMAGA to then intercept the ILS34 GS at D6.1 at 2000ft.
Admittedly, as ATC is a mess in MSFS there will most likely not be proper ATC vectoring so you have to intercept the ILS yourself e.g. use a Direct to UMAGA or BUTIN.
What I did not do is to spawn at the airport and program the MCDU. Is this where your problems start?
