We cross-posted, but no, I don’t believe that it’s your flight plan that’s caused the frequency to be auto-tuned. It would be strange to assume that you want to tune the approach frequency before even taking off. If the G1000 auto-tunes at all, it wouldn’t happen until you select, APR mode or at least get closer KATL.
