This is a legal document you signed when you joined the Pre-Release Testing Program.
If you are found sharing or discussing information about the pre-release, you are subject to legal action and removal from all testing programs by Microsoft.

Non Disclosure Agreement. Alpha and Beta testers wonder under this as not to publicly share info regarding that process.
