nice shots - which setting do you are using - because my cloud shadows are not so dark like yours (not visible at all(or very low) - or that depends on cloud types !!
The settings are not the main thing.
You have to play with the cloud settings within the weather pop up.
Cloud thickness and height.
Perhaps the screenshot can advise you.
