Hello, I need some VERY quick help, as I am currently on a flight and off track.
flight is from St. John’s to London Heathrow
Boeing 747-400
Passengers: 376
Ever since MSFS effed up on the new update, the GPS has stopped working on the 747 and 787, I REFUSE to use the VOR, I only follow GPS as it is 1) easier, and 2) helps me understand better where I am going, etc.
Ever since the update, GPS stopped being used and now I am unable to follow my flightsim flight plan track! I’m now ofcourse, and would really appreciate some VERY QUICK and helpful help on getting my GPS back on and back on flight plan.
LNAV is on, and not helping! I tried putting on the VNAV and nothing, I tried both at same time and nothing. LOC is also not working…
I’m in a middle of a live stream flight and I use a 3rd party passenger app ( PACX) and when I fly it is crucial to me that the realism is there, so time is of the essence.

If I tell you that my 787 and 747 flights all work correctly, it isn’t going to help you. I don’t have or ever used PACX. It might be possible that the latest updates broke compatibility with PACX since it hasn’t been updated for over two years. Contact the PACX support to see if they have any updates.
LNAV, VNAV, and LOC have all been working correctly in the 747 and 787 since AAU2. There isn’t too much you can do or try to attempt a fix while in-flight. Before your next flight you should try using a blank Community folder to determine if any other addons are causing you problems.
They both may be a 747 but they ARE different models including seating configurations. The latest PACX version is for the 747-400, not the current 747-8. Unless the developer says PACX works on the 747-8, don’t assume that it will and don’t assume that it won’t break something else.
