I am new to this forum. I am having problems with my aircraft when I go to land I pull back gently on my joystick to land the aircraft only for the front end to the aircraft to have a mind of its own and hits hard first and my aircraft bounces on the runway. Does anyone know why this happens… Thanks

Are you new to flight sim or just to the forum?
What aircraft are you trying to land?
Do you have any assistance settings selected?
That said, often if you’re bouncing along the runway, you’re going too fast.
Or flaring too much and stalling on.
When you are coming in to land, usually with full flaps, keep the speed to landing speed. Do not get too slow and if necessary apply a bit of power to control your descent, when you flare your speed should be just above stall speed, and you will be fine. A landing is always a controlled crash! no two landings will be same.

Yes more info would help - what aircraft? What speed are you when flaring? How is the aircraft configured?
When I was starting out, I could never scrub off enough speed during descent to deploy flaps and gear at the right time and so would invariably cross the threshold too hot. You don’t want to reach TOD at Vne and then try to lose all that excess speed while descending.
Have you done any of the training flights that come with the sim.

When landing, keep the top of the glareshield somewhere near or on the horizon until the mains touch down.
When you flare look directly at the end of the runway. it helps.
Or simply do the training flights that come with MSFS.
And then repeat, repeat, repeat.
After that: repeat again.
