Multiplayer, All Players, and Off Group disabled. How to enable them?
Realtime traffic is enabled.
Windows 10 Prof 64 bit - up to date.
Verizon Fios 940 down and 880 up.
Look likely have multiplayer disabled in your options. That causes those other options to be disabled.
