I moved from Thrustmaster Airbus to VKB. VKB is great, very modular, the stick is robust, programmable. Not sure it your budget will cover a separate throttle. At the most you can probably get one of their Gladiator units, the base has a single paddle style switch which can serve as a throttle input.
