whenever I run SDK, the sim reports “needs repair” error and force reinstall the sim. reset just won’t work.

no what’s voting for a bug, it’s me encountering the problem not the others.
For many bugs it may be ok to leave out information that is asked but you are deciding up front which information to supply. There could be reasons behind the questions they ask.
Just don’t be surprised if your bug report gets shuffled to the bottom.
