It’s definitely been a common thing since last year. I remember updating beyond 20.10.1 and all of a sudden the sim wasn’t usable for any length of time. So when I finally saw the discussions on the forum I decided to roll back and issue gone. Cross our fingers that the submitted bug reports to both Asobo and AMD get noticed and addressed one of these days.
