I usually make my flight plan using Little Nav Map & modify it using Navigraph. when I am happy with the plan I put in the parking spot but not the departing runway. Then save it & load this into the sim. It always spawns on the inputted parking spot. I put in the departure runway/SID after receiving the ATIS.
