New Nvidia 497.09 Always CTD

I seem to be getting pixelation along the top of the screen with the latest 497.29. I dont recall seeing it on earlier versions. Anyone seen this before? I only see it when moving the camera around FlightSimulator_IBv9KLRVmh|690x388
