I haven’t installed it yet - this is just a HU
Just installed it. No noticeable difference
which GPU series are you running? I have a 2080 Su and a couple of these recent drivers have overheated my card
I have a 3080. No issues with temperature from the latest drivers for me
Still sitting on 457.30
Theyre trying to hit mining and are instead hitting us in the process lately.
None of the drivers have have affected my mining haahrate at all
I have a 2060 Su and runs about 70 degrees. No noticeable difference with the new driver. I just wish they’d fix the FPS feature. Half the time it indicates ‘N/A’…
Still not as good as 457.30
In what way? Send us comparison photos.
Looks more realistic
Couple of frames better rate
Color seems more correct
objects have better definition

Easy test why not download 457.30 and try it yourself
I plan to - I just like to let new GPU drivers exist in the wild for a few days - see what they eat before I plug them into my rig. Vid cards are pretty hard to replace just now, ya?
466.47 working well here. No noticeable difference in visual quality or FPS from previous version, or from 457.xx, and yes I have rolled back to test this.
8700K/1080Ti
Yes the sim still stutters, but this is an Asobo issue and not to do with the driver rev.
Getting 60fps at HD rez in the Cessna 172 cockpit (non G1000), not over cities.
I run a mixture of Ultra and High settings, and rendering at 130%.
I use 457.30 with my 2080 Ti, works perfectly with no stuttering at all, why change something that works flawlessly?
466.47 for me the visual is better and now I have 99% GPU works all the time.
I installed the new driver last night - so far it has been working at least as well as 461.72 which for me, was the best one so far for MSFS…
Thanks to all who replied
you seem to be pushing the render scaling at 130% - For me it was too high. The imagery was fine at that scale until I panned the camera views, which caused some lag and stuttering.
Even at 120% I feel like I’m stretching my hardware a bit beyond itself
I have an I7-10700k running at 4ghz and a 2080Su on 1TB SSD and only 16gigs RAM
Thats pretty much all not controlled by the driver.
