Found that I have some anti-cheat app installed from an old game. Not sure if thats a solution, but I found my gameplay much smoother after deleting it (unfortunately this had to be done via powerhell as admin in this case). But I still see stutters, and I guess it has something to do with the servers. Not sure though…I dont have the same performance as before the big update.
