It’s not a rumor, it’s a real thing, and I agree with the desire. They do not have the resources to fix all the airports. We as a community do.
I do agree it sure would be nice if they could develop the network so we could add to it with separate packages rather than rebuild the whole network. But, given that you can extract the network and modify it and reapply the new version, that may actually be acceptable, because most of the time the network is pretty much completely wrong, and really needs editing on top of adding parking spots. But, for those people who don’t mind it being wrong and just want to add a couple of parking spots, it would be nice to add that feature to be able to connect parking spots to an existing network.
