With ADE you can import most of the stock airport features and then build upon them. Assuming that you are not uploading this airport that would be the easiest approach.
If you were going to upload I guess you would have to redo all of the airport yourself.
My issue with ADE doing work based on imported data was that I usually messed up somewhere and caused one surface or another to become invisible and let the underlying surface show. So I suddenly had grass growing on a ramp
