I have the same system apart from my memory is DDR4 3600. It works well, i’m running three 50" screens, two at 2K and one at 4K, I also have added two 1080p touch screens via USB-HDMI adaptor. I get around 40FPS in most airports, using DX12 and DLSS.
The screens are all 60Hz and this setup probably will never reach that unless I drop it to 2K or less. I think 30FPS for me is the minimum standard usable, any less and I can easily spot it.
Use a smaller M.2 for the system drive, 1TB for MSFS is ok but put all other apps on another SSD.
