Tv , i may stick with current 4K 60htz and maybe run at lower res as doubt will surpass the tv refresh rate/fps anyway.
Also dont play games that really need high fps anyway.
Yes , i usually have a dedicated ssd for each type of game(sorry sim).
1TB 980 pro can handle windows and other programs.
