if I read 90C , I would start with more fans or let them spin faster… ( thus the pc-case airflow and cooling ).
The PSU with 850W should be sufficent.
most users expect to much in point of single-core performance. The diff in both CPUs is not much here.
You should see more fps in e.g. camera view , because this is more GPU demanding.
But here we need may be some taskmanager diagramm, etc…
