My 2080ti can manage 4k and he own a 3080ti series whcih is optimized for 4k , thus no fallback to wqhd necessary.
And these myth about disabling hyperthreading… its not necessary and often you loose performance if you disable that. It is a great feature , thus also no recommendation to disable it.
1000w isnt necessary if the pc runs fine…
HAGS yes, it cause sometime nothing else as trouble… but it its work, there is no reason to disable it.
Usage of a powered USB hub is a good recommendation, but will change nothing in point of fps - only system stability. And of course we expect that the dealer enabled xmp in bios
