Orbx has released KSSI, McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport. While I like the smaller niche airports, I think $19 is a bit steep for this by looking at the pictures and video. Maybe something to pickup when it goes on sale for half that price.

I fly around this area a lot so couldn’t resist getting this one. It’s a really nicely done small airport with lots of details.
The default airport is awful and surrounded by really bad photogrammetry. I appreciate that they modeled the (very) nearby shopping center and other neighboring buildings and blended in the vegetation to hide most all of the photogrammetry issues. I kind of wish they had gone just a little further and replaced the photogrammetry bridge leading to the island but understand that’s a bit out of scope.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this one.

I don’t usually bother with the smaller GA airports but I did add this one to my wishlist when it released. I agree that the price is a bit inflated, though, so definitely one for a future sale.
