They also have two other fictional aircraft for sale with “coming soon” features that have been “coming soon” since Day 1 and still aren’t here. So this guy is selling this “work in progress” with no clickable cockpit for 12 Euros? Is he serious here?

Absolutely love the L-39 but this doesn’t look great at all. With the L-39 featuring in the new Reno air racing expansion trailer, I can definitely wait for that.
Yeah, I saw that “clickable cockpit” was coming soon and immediately closed the page. No thanks. I can get freeware WIP aircraft with better quality.
This developer further and further demonstrates that they are not to be trusted to put out anything decent.
Good news is you can find L-39 in the preview video of the Reno Air Races. So why not wait and see what Asobo can offer.
I am guessing the reason it was thrown on the market in a half-finished state is that he saw the better (default) L-39 coming with Reno and knew he wasn’t gonna sell it then. Gotta milk 'em quick!
I don’t usually buy fighter jets (except for the f14) but I will make sure to avoid this one, early access for addons in a sim? No thanks.
Been a while since anyone has posted here. Just thought I would post this for anyone thinking of getting this addon. Purchased it a few weeks past, update v0.02 at that time. It installed and while the two aircraft thumbnail choices showed up, no physical model appeared in hanger, upon activation in sim, again no physical model could. Could take off, fly land, etc… all functionality, just no visible aircraft. Tried everything I could think of, even putting it in its own empty Community folder, and cleared out xml file. Even downloaded and tried the original version, so may have something to do with recent MSFS updates? Still no luck! Have contacted Publisher, and they stated Developer down with COVID and do not have access to Developers Files so no idea when or if it will be fixed.
Be aware, as of this posting, knowing this information, they are still selling it on the Distributers site…To be fair, I was offered a refund, however decided to wait it out and see if Dev Recovered, however, reached out to Publisher yesterday and so far, no reply.
It makes ZERO sense to purchase this horrible release considering next month we are going to have a much superior version of this aircraft from Asobo.
Wasn’t a known thing a few weeks ago, but anyway, you are absolutely correct, however, if you like to tinker with things, the only advantage to purchasing from Developers who do sell their aircraft outside of the Market Place, you usually have access to most, if not all of the files. If Asobo would not encrypt certain files, I do think we would have SOME aircraft that function, and even look so much better, as evident by Mods like Vertigo, Grravel, Bush League Legends Carbon Cub, etc… !
I noticed that this, as well as the UL Stride and RaceX have gone missing everywhere. The only Papercraft addon for sale anymore is their latest, the Gaz’Aile. Am I missing something? Maybe they got pulled for being incompatible with the latest sim versions. Sounds like if they are still down a developer, it must have been their only developer or the only one with access to the files. So bizarre. Buyer beware definitely still stands in 2022. The Gaz’Aile will likely disappear one day too.

Yes it is strange. As for the Gaz’Aile, stay away from it. The plane is nicely done but some things are really on the downside. 2D gauges and some of them just not working at all. And worst, the G3X (WTT) is nearly unreadable in day light and stops working (black screens) after a few minutes of flight. I contacted the dev. a few days after the release of the addon on SimMarket encouraging him in positive ways on what to improve and pointing out the G3X bug. I got a very fast and nice answer saying that an update will be released soon. Near end of april and 2 MSFS update later and still no update nor communication. It’s sad because the plane is nice and a pleasure to fly and the price is reasonable.
