I highly suggest a 120 hz + VRR monitor on Series X. There are also HDMI 2.0 with these features ( not 4k ). The game runs 60 fps in non-complex scenarios while of course tanking in heavy performance ones. But it is way better if you compared it with a 60hz monitor and you will have benefits in many games, not only MFS. VRR technology is pretty common nowdays and on Xbox is a game changer. If you ask me, it is better to buy a 1440p monitor with VRR + 120hz than a 4K 60hz.
