New UI Panel not opening PFD/MFD, only EFB

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Up until two weeks ago, I was able to use in 2020, the PFD/MFD as a popout window in my PMDG 737, 777 and all fenix aircraft. I logged on one day and noticed none of the above planes would show the PFD/MFD. Only the smaller planes and the 737 Max in 2024 allow the PFD/MFD.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
No. But I have not added anything new or updated anything since this issue started.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Start flighrt
  2. Hover over PFD/MFD and click (right alt + left click)
  3. plus appears and I click
  4. a flicker of what appears to be the window appears but goes away instantly.
  5. EFB opens as expected when doing the above steps.
