new ui window mode isn’t working

i know how can use new ui window mode, but if i press ctrl+left click that assigned as for (new ui window mode) the magnifying glass appears, but the window does not appear.
f I press the button that assigned as New UI Window mode, only the shape of a magnifying glass appears, and the window is nowhere to be seen.
This symptom appears on a310 and pmdg, fenix. I hope u guys can help me
