You were correct, at least in my case. There must have been a conflict. So I deleted the PMS50 GTN750 file from the community file ( C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community ) and I now have my avionics back. 
There is an update available from PMS that might resolve the issue but I’ll try that later.

I have found the solution: deleted PMS 50 GTN 750 from community and installed latest version; also installed G1000 from in game market place (was not using it before)

Ok so the solution for this issue has been found thanks to the amazing team at Just Flight.
Their team got back to me advising that these issues are often caused after a Sim Update with any GPS mods installed.
Sure enough I had the PMS750 mod and removed it from my community folder and everything returned to normal.
Also to note that a new version of the PMS750 mod is now on their site which included Sim Update 9 compatibility and I have since downloaded and installed.
All is working well after the new version of the mod has been re added to the community folder.

my avionics in c172 goes dark after 3 minutes after i updated the deluxe paket. this solution does not work for me. no addons, not one.

fly the stock A320Neo (on XBox) for more than 2…3 hours then all of a sudden all displays go off

Same problem here so far with all default props. Feels alternator related? Few minutes into flight my avionics die and electrical systems fail to work. Can’t lower flaps/gear etc.
Did a full install just now…haven’t loaded anything other than official JU52 and ultralight aircraft and the Garmin mod…no go, still the same issue.
resolved Finally after another reinstall and some googling I found that the Thrustmaster quadrant bug struck me…never before experienced this but setting the ENG1 switch to OFF on prop planes stopped the battery drain.

Thought I had gauge problem solved or maybe I have another issue, now the TBM90 pilot display goes into a freeze but strange that I can continue with GPS flight plan using the Saitek panels in VR. Cannot switch from GPS to VOR 1 for an ILS approach. More troubleshooting just like working on real aircraft - takes me back to the OLD days on flightline. LOL

I have several aircraft that have this problem. Instead correct displays I have several XXX XXX. Kodiak, Diamond and other. I have the last updates installed today. I have this some days ago so not sure which update has blown the avionics.

Yes. Happens with F/A-18.

Indeed, this bug seems to be mod-related for me. I’ve excluded the following packages and it worked:
- Aerosoar Optica
- AS33
- DA40-NGX
- FBW A320 neo
- Gotgravel Vertigo
- Kinetic Panel
Certainly they’re not all bogus, but I still didn’t try to discover which of them should be blamed.

sorry to just write this into a random thread. I tried making a Topic but I am missing the button for that…Anyways. I bought the HondaJet today, only to find out that the PFD does not work. It is just showing me a lot of X’s
I then saw that this happened in the two other default business jets aswell. An idea what is happening here or what I could try? Seems to be an issue with working title displays? (Can only post one picture as a memeber but it looks similar
Also any idea why I can’t make a topic (yet?)

Your issue may be caused by an addon issue. Do you have the PMS50 GTN750 addon?
