I recently got my cousin hooked on MSFS. Now he wants a system to run MSFS in VR. I think he would prefer a laptop but would definitely do a desktop if that is a better way to go. I built my desktop 3 years ago and have been out of the loop for a while as far as hardware. Money is not a big issue for him but I told him 3-4 grand would probably get him a killer system. I would like to get him a pre-built since he knows nothing about building and I don’t have the time to research, re-learn, and to build a system for him. Any suggestions would be great. This would be strictly a MSFS and probably Iracing system (his son will probably do some other gaming on it as well).
If money is not too concerning, then the highest spec CPU and GPU combo would be in order. When you get to RTX4090 and !3900K combinations it usually means a Desktop.
