I changed my PC and I put back on the new configuration the NVME where FS 2020 was installed. Is it possible to make FS 2020 work again or a complete reinstallation is necessary?

Yes just install as normal, and when it asks you where to download content files point it to the location of the community folder.

Most of the install goes into Users/You/game directory. So, even though the game is on another drive, you still have to reinstall.
Its not the community folder; it is the one named official. what @Terry252686 says is correct. Community folder is where you add 3rd party addons. Sorry for the bad info.
