I just want to check if it is just me or is everyone experiencing this in New York/Manhattan.
I cleaned out community folder just to make sure that it wasn’t any sceneries i had that’s messing up the area but still with clean community folder the water is gone and has been downgraded to photogrammetry that is being read by the sim as ground. I definitely know that it wasn’t like this before but it has been months since i last flew from KJFK/KLGA so to my surprise no more water. 
Also made sure that i have Data on, photogrammetry on, internet has no issues, 400mbps. Once you get out of New York it gets much better but still has areas with basically a patch of water surrounded by what looks like water in photogrammetry but is considered ground by the sim.
it seems like that the bing data is upper the water…
