ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
On my last medium cargo mission in a newly purchased PC-12, while I did my cockpit prep and already had the engine running, suddenly my pilot requested IFR clearance without me doing anything related to it (did not press either “Return” as shortcut nor the corresponding number for the comm window). I got clearance from ATC, but could not acknowledge it (no option in comm window, and “Return” key doing nothing). So I just restarted the mission, but suddenly I could not request IFR clearance at all, my only option was VFR announcement “taxi to runway”. Using this, my pilot requested VFR taxi clearance from ATC and even got the clearance, but I again could not acknowledge it and the mission step did not go green, so after starting taxi I got reprimanded for entering taxiway without announcement. After arriving at hold short, I also only got an mission step to announce takeoff in VFR via “Return”, but no option available in comm window. Pressing return again did nothing, so I went on and got infringement for entering runway. After taking off ATC also several times told me I was not cleared for takeoff. Comm window still showed no option at all, so I continued the flight without ever being able talking to ATC. Announcing arrival at the destination still worked with “Return”, but not entering final. At the end I even got an infringement for entering the taxiway without announcing it, while rolling from the runway to the hold short box 
And my parking spot could also not be reached because of other aircraft, so I had to skip there to finish the mission. Got me only 25% for airline procedures and no additional bonus, so my reputation went from mid S to a good C, as if I even still care

- Start engine and wait a few minutes
- After automatically requesting IFR clearance, restart mission
