Hello all. Cannot hear atc voice at all, only co-pilots voice. Any suggestions?

Did you check ATC Voices in on under Assistance?
When I make contact with ATC, I heart the voice of the co pilot making contact, however, when ATC replies, all I get is the text in the text window, I do not hear their voice, and yes, atc voice is turned on.
Check the radio volume is turned up?
Not kidding - had the same problem first time I flew the JF Warrior. Started cold and dark; turned the radio receiver ON but forgot about the volume … that was a d’oh moment!
Remember that AI co-pilot Charlie ‘hears’ ATC by telepathy

I have the same issue. Not all the time though. Also getting some VERY late response from ATC, like when I landed at Sola Airport, exit to main menu and start another flight from Kjevik (also in Norway) then I hear the response from Sola ATC from the previous flight. Its like the whole communication is going slow.
That one was a head scratcher

What aircraft? Come on, please provide more than vague mention of a problem if you want help.
Well I only fly the CRJ 700 and A320, I guess it would be both those air planes. However, I did try it on another default air craft and it was the same result,as a result, I did not try it on the other 20 air craft on file so I’m unassuming that this problem is with all the air craft. I’m also getting late to no response from ATC.
@CausingSloth766 , for the CRJ the VHF-1 button in the center console needs to be pressed so it pops out like the VHF-2 button is. This will enable you to hear ATC. The default state for it is depressed for some reason. I had this problem and it was driving me crazy! I posted a photo earlier in the post linked below.

Turn up every radio volume knob you can find.
As stated above, every radio knob/button on every plane you are flying needs to be turned on or the volume increased.
This is the answer for the CRJ

I had this issue when i installed the CRJ, couldn’t hear ATC in any planes. Uninstalled the CRJ and it was fine again.
Hey guys, thanks for the help, the VHF-1 button seemed to fix the problem. Not sure what to do with the A320 as I cannot find any volume knobs to turn up or down.
The other issue is that ATC keeps on changing and asking me to change my sqauwk number, but I can’t, as a result they terminate my flight plan. This simulator is getting very frustrating to fly. This plane was working fine until the new update.
