No missions in career mode for cargo - heavy

  1. Buy A-330 Cargo variant in career mode

  2. Filter missions by cargo - heavy

  3. No missions are shown, either in employee or freelance

I spent a lot of time grinding to be able to afford the A330 Cargo variant after it was finally enabled in career mode after SU4, but was frustrated to find there were no missions to fly. I just wasted 200 MILLION credits!!

They don’t generate because you haven’t done the gold star mission for Heavy Cargo. You haven’t done the gold star mission for Heavy Cargo because they haven’t turned it on yet. Not a bug, just a feature that’s still a work in progress.

Surely if the missions aren’t available, it shouldn’t let you spend 200 million on a plane that’s only useful for those missions - I’d consider that to be a bug!

I guess, though I would also never buy an aircraft I didn’t first fly in employee mode and there are none available there either.

Curious, does it earn passive income for you?

in hindsight, that may have been sensible :wink:

I assumed missions would show when I bought the plane.

Just logged in and I’ve received 2,778,820. It is the most from the 17 aircraft used by crew, but that’s going to take a long time to pay for itself. For comparison, my a321 earned 2,053,810. I’ve subsequently managed to grind enough to buy a passenger version of the a330, which I’ve earned as much as 35m+ per mission!

sell the 330 for 160 M do 2 missions with 321 and buy the 330 passenger version u will lose money but u can have a lot with the 330 50mil+ in some missions
