Brief description of the issue:
For about the last month, no matter the weather at CYYZ, I get low level fog and clear skies. The baro, wind and temp are all correct, just clear skies with a low level fog. I have screenshots below showing an approach I did to CYYZ. The wind, temp and baro were correct, but it was showing no clouds. Once I got below 2000ft the low level fog shows up. I have low level fog for around 25nm around CYYZ. Any other airport I go to in the world the weather seems to work fine.
