So for the past week, I have been unable to receive any live weather in FS2020 on the Xbox.
Using the PMDG 737 with tablet, when selecting weather data, the error - ‘Unable to Fetch Weather’ is presented.
This correlates to the in-sim live weather that does not reflect what is live weather.
Any thoughts ?

You can also check out the General Discussion sub-categories to see if others have your 3rd party issue to help troubleshoot.
If you believe your issue may be caused by a third-party addon/mod, empty your community folder, restart the simulator and try to reproduce the error.
All issues caused by, or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. All issues related to the core simulator can be reported here on the forum or reported through Zendesk.
I have already posted this, however it was moved, so here we go again; For some weeks now, I have been unable to receive any live weather in FS2020 on the Xbox while using the PMDG 737. The tablet, when selecting weather data, the error - ‘Unable to Fetch Weather’ is presented.
Regardless of what occurs within the simulated environment, the pre-flight sometimes does show the correct weather.
This occurs every time now and before the latest mandatory update, and Brazil content.
Any thoughts ?

I’ve merged this topic you’ve created in the Bug Reporting Hub in your existing topic in the User Support Hub since as indicated by @Speed1994 in above post, the bug reporting category is to discuss issues that affect the base simulator. Since the 3rd party addon PMDG 737 is involved, discussion must remain here to get support from the community.
We have seen that a few times, the service used for that is not responding at that time, at this time it seems to work for me. There is an easy fix, though: select the alternative weather source that we include just for those problems. See here: PMDG 777 Universal Flight Tablet

When you say that it is working for you, are you using Xbox.
Changing the weather source to the SIM, does that mean it uses whatever FS2020 is defaulted to; in my case Real World Weather and If so, is this a PMDG issue?

Indeed on Xbox. There should be very little difference between the two sources.
