No more World map update time to focus on errors and crashes

Msfs you guy have a great sim but right now we don’t need update for world map I or II its time you guys focus more on errors and crashes and etc. We gamers, simmers appreciate that you guys asobo and msfs to take your time on fixing to update cause right now we are getting tired of update/patch that don’t work at all. Please concentrate on errors, bug, coding, crashes. Then the rest like world map and etc.

The artists working on improving scenery are not likely to be of much use recreating bugs, tracing their cause and fixing them. So just let Asobo use the appropriate resources to work on their respective areas of expertise.
I doubt very much you would want the guy from the bodyshop who usually repairs bodywork damage changing your head gasket or servicing your brakes. Or likewise want the mechanic to respray your car…

Everyhting should be thrown at getting the game stable if you want confidence to return as it’s slowly ebbing as we speak.
Today for example i would have jumped and bought the new San Deigo Airport from LVFR. but i am certainly holding back now to see if i can even get flying without CTD’s Camera locking in zoom only

What makes you think that all the appropriate and available resources are not already being thrown at fixing bugs?

What makes you think they are. the track record is not exactly good so far.

Maybe it’s more a question of quality control than resource then?
I certainly don’t see how dropping development on improving scenery or other areas of the sim will actually have any impact in improving this.
Stopping someone working on modelling 3D objects and creating textures etc. is not going to improve the success rate of bug fixes.

Perhaps the answer would actually to be to take longer between releasing bug fixes or focusing on fewer fixes with more testing to ensure they are A. Actually fixed, and B. Have not inadvertently introduced a new bug/issue.

We? speak for yourself not my problem you got problems.

I get what your saying Blitzer, but if the folk that bought the game from day 1 cannot even fly without issues what’s the point of nice scenery, after all the main thing that’s constantly being missed is it’s actually the flying we bought the game for…

Again that’s a personal problem I don’t have any of your issues.

sigh

Different people doing different jobs. How many times does it need to be restated?

Let’s be clear I do honestly feel bad for those users who are facing fundamental issues that prevent them flying or are experiencing instability issues were the sim may crash randomly.

Likewise it’s not a great situation to be in if users have to use work-arounds for problems that crop-up. Even for those of us not running into significant issues it’s not a great situation.

However (this is not aimed at any particular poster here), there are absolutely a shed load of new and posts being made literally minutes apart at time for known issues.
It is extremely easy to find these known issues, but there a great number of people who will blindly just post a new message without any concept or thought of just looking to see what information is already available.
If this mentality is also representative (let’s hope it is not!), of those finding/fixing bugs, then maybe that’s an indication of what the real issues are.
