I was under the impression the latest update was to be released today, so I boot up my pc ready to download it and nothing, no update at all, has anyone else experienced this or have I misunderstood and the update is not due for release today.
so what timezone u r on? my day today has many more hours to come …

Normally the updates are released during daytime in the US and not at 0000 GMT+12

The time of release for the updates has so far been around 18:00 to 19:00 Central European Time, which translates to 17-18h London / UK time, or 12-13h Eastern Time (USA). My estimate is we still have 8-9 hours to go.

It’s 10 a.m. in Bordeaux and 1 a.m. in Redmond.

it works with Seattle local time tho, wait a trifle further, around your local afternoon / evening time it will drop in.
For folk in the UK, the update has usually been available around 5-6pm

Next update will be 15 October… not today.
Wrong. Their development update from Oct 8th explicitly states:
" PATCH NOTE HIGHLIGHTS
The Patch is set to release October 13th. Here is a brief overview of what’s coming. Full patch notes will be posted once the patch is live."

Last month’s was at around 15.00 or 16.00 GMT from memory.

Dude it’s like 10am in the UK, and people aren’t even out of bed yet in the US. Give them a chance. The updates are usually released BST evening time

They have distributed servers throughout the world and release may be approximately in a band of couple of hours across different geographies.
For example, I am sure, last time it wasn’t available 16:00 GMT sitting in Asia and was much later.

Please pray before update. Because according to the experience, every update maybe a tragedy and every update maybe your last update.

pray really? cmon man…if there is a tragedy update it won’t be that way for ever. So what, perhaps one won’t be able to fly for short period of time but Asobo will fix whatever tragedy/issues that prevent one from being able to use product satisfactorily, it won’t be the last update for anyone.

Indeed, but any time I’m feeling a little too happy I know I can come here and have my reality levels reset.
They said the update would be out today! It’s already 5:57am and no update! Unacceptable!
