they didnt say you can use your own voice to atc etc
i didnt see any option when choosing voice for my pilot

I actually saw one of the previewers on Youtube demonstrating this feature, so we didn’t imagine it. Maybe it’s been disabled initially as a bandwidth eater?
In the main menu click on your name and use customize identity to change your character including your voice.
If there only is a blank image or no character on screen you can delete the files in: %LOCALAPPDATA% \Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\YOURXBOXNAME\SR-LIVE
Thats other peoples voices, not your voice. We are talking about the feature of recording and using your own voice.
I even saw a own button for recording your voice in the Beta, which is removed now.
Ahh, I see what you mean. Didn’t even know about that feature tbh. 
Maybe they meant, use a voice from the choices we’ve given you. But the servers won’t even give you that because there are issues with the Azure servers, so then you end up with the 12 year old giving you atc instructions.

Yes they did mention you could record your own voice and use it in the sim. That was one of my deciding factors to get it.
