No photogrammetry buildings, or low quality ones

I don’t have photogrammetry buildings (and when I have, they are very low quality), even though I have it turned on, when I turn it off and on again, it works, but just for some part of the scenery, once I fly away or reload the sim, I don’t have any photogrammetry buildings at all.

How it is supposed to look (after I turn photogrammetry off and on again), also, they look very low quality, even though I have the buildings and object quality settings at max:

RTX2060 Super
I7-9700
Playing in 4k
32GB Ram
32gb rolling cache
200mb/s internet connection:

I have the same issue but on XBOX X world update Italy and malta still using the old scenery as if photometry is off

Could you tell me which airport you were flying into? I’d like to give it a try and see what it looks like on my system.
